Proposed Bus Stops Announced

Routing and stoping locations for a bus system operated by KAYAK Public Transit and the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation are being proposed.  A map of the proposal can be viewed HERE.  

A Public Transit Advisory Committee, comprised of representatives from the public, Good Shepherd Medical Center, the Hermiston Chamber of Commerce, Hermiston Planning Commission, Hermiston Police Department, and CTUIR, is proposing this routing and timing in hopes of meeting the needs of the most members of the public as possible.  The public is invited to attend a meeting of the PTAC to offer any comments about the proposed system.  The meeting will take place at:
