Notice of Public Hearing March 10, 2021 Conditional Use Permit Jones 4N2811CA TL 9400 - 525 E Hurlburt Ave

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 10th day of March, 2021 at or after 7:00 p.m. at the Community Center, 415 S Hwy 395, Hermiston, Oregon.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for approval of an application to allow the restoring of a nonconforming use from Jeffery & Nila Jones.
The applicant seeks approval to allow a residential dwelling in a Commercial Zone. The request is defined as restoring a nonconforming use and requires approval from the Planning Commission subject to the provisions for a conditional use permit. The property is located at 525 E Hurlburt Ave.  It is also described as 4N 28 11CA Tax Lot 9400.  The property is zoned Central Commercial (C-1).
