Notice of Public Hearing Planning Commission April 10, 2024 Conditional Use- Good Shepherd Health Care System 4N2810B Tax Lot 200 - 610 NW 11th St

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 10th day of April 2024, at or after 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 180 NE 2nd St, Hermiston, Oregon.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a conditional use permit from Good Shepherd Health Care System.

Good Shepherd Health Care System proposes to update their master plan to include construction of a 4,992 sq ft hangar with crew quarters, adding a 36’X36’ helipad, and an additional 6,000 sq foot childcare building on property located at 610 NW 11th St.  The request is defined as a conditional use and requires approval from the planning commission subject to the provisions of a conditional use permit.  The property lies in an Outlying Commercial (C-2) zone and is described as 4N2810B Tax Lot 200.
