Does the city allow farm animals?

Answer: §90.02 Animals Running at Large Prohibited No person, persons or corporation owning or having possession or control of any livestock or poultry shall allow the livestock or poultry to run at large or to be or remain at large upon the streets, sidewalks, public grounds or unfenced lots or grounds within the limits of the city. Hereafter in this chapter whenever the word “animal” or “animals” is used it shall mean and include any and all kinds of livestock or poultry.

 

Respuesta: §90.02 Animales que corren en general no prohíben ninguna persona, personas o corporaciones que poseen o que estén en posesión o control de cualquier tipo de ganado o aves de corral deberán  permitir que el ganado o aves de corral  corran en libertad o ser o permanecer en libertad en las calles, aceras, jardines públicos o lotes o terrenos no cercados dentro de los límites de la ciudad. En adelante en este capítulo siempre que la palabra "animal" o "animales" se utilice significará e incluirá cualquier y todos los tipos de ganado o aves de corral.
