  1. Consider directing city staff to apply for grant funding from the Federal Aviation Administration to complete an update to the Hermiston Airport’s Long-Range Master Development Plan.

  2. Consider allowing the Parks & Recreation Department to operate the Hermiston Conference/Community Center and offer office space to the Chamber of Commerce in the renovated Carnegie Library.
