  NOTICE OF SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET HEARING    
    A public hearing on a proposed supplemental budget for the City of Hermiston for the fiscal year July 1 to June 30, 2017 will be  
    held at City Hall, 180 NE 2nd Street, Hermiston, Oregon on November 14, 2016 at or after 7:00 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss
    the supplemental budget with interested persons. A copy of the supplemental budget may be obtained or inspected on or after  
    November 10, 2016 at City Hall, 180 NE 2nd St., Hermiston, Oregon, between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm.
