The purpose of this hearing is to consider amending 2.4 acres of land on the city’s comprehensive plan map from Medium Density Residential (M) to Commercial (C) with a corresponding change in zoning designation from Multi-Family Residential (R-3) to Outlying Commercial (C-2).
