NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 11th day of September, 2019 at or after 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 180 NE 2nd Street, Hermiston, Oregon. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for approval of an application to allow a conditional use permit from Clyde & Betty Nobles, the owners of the property.
The applicant seeks approval to allow two duplexes on one lot located at 825 W Locust Ave and described as 4N2810CA Tax Lot 6600. The property is zoned Duplex Residential (R-2) and has additional addresses of 210 and 240 SW 8th Place. The request is defined as a conditional use and requires approval from the Planning Commission subject to the provisions for a conditional use permit. The specific criteria relied upon by the City in rendering a decision are contained within 157.208 of the Hermiston Code of Ordinances.
