NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 11th day of December, 2019 at or after 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 180 NE 2nd Street, Hermiston, Oregon. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for approval of an application to allow a conditional use permit from Santiago Communities, Inc. The properties are owned by Deseral Industries, Inc and Mabel J. Fowler Revocable Trust.
The applicant seeks approval to allow a 200-space manufactured dwelling park at 845 E Diagonal Blvd. The properties are described as 4N2811AC Tax Lots 100, 3100, 3200 and 4N2811DB Tax Lot 500. The properties are zoned Multi-Family Residential (R-3). The request is defined as a conditional use and requires approval from the Planning Commission subject to the provisions for a conditional use permit.
