NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 14th day of February, 2018 at or after 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 180 NE 2nd Street, Hermiston, Oregon. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for approval of an application to allow a conditional use permit from Faith Presbyterian Church.
The applicant seeks approval to allow the expansion of the existing church building to include an addition of 5,770 square feet for classrooms and kitchen space, 24 additional parking stalls and concrete walkways. The request is defined as a conditional use and requires approval from the Planning Commission subject to the provisions for a conditional use permit. The property is located at 1005 SE 9th St. It is also described as 4N 28 14AA Tax Lot 101. The property is zoned Single-Family Residential (R-1).
