NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on May 9, 2018 at or after 7:00 PM in the council chambers of the City Hall, 180 NE 2nd Street, Hermiston, Oregon. The purpose of this hearing is to consider amending 52 acres of land on the city’s comprehensive plan map from Industrial (I) to Commercial (C) for approximately 9 acres and Medium Density Residential (M) for approximately 43 acres with a corresponding change in zoning designation from Light Industrial (M-1) to Outlying Commercial (C-2) for approximately 9 acres and Multi Family Residential (R-3) for approximately 43 acres of land.
The applicant is the City of Hermiston and the properties are described as 4N2811AD Tax Lots 100 and 200, and 4N2811AC Tax Lots 100, 200, 1700, 3100 and 3200. The properties are located north of E Diagonal Blvd south of E Jennie Ave, east of NE 8th Pl and west of NE 10th St.
