NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 10, 2018, at or after 7:00 PM in the council chambers of the City Hall, Hermiston, Oregon, on the proposed annexation to the City of Hermiston, withdrawal from the Umatilla County Library District, and establish zoning designation of the following described property: approximately .30 acre tract located at 170 E Theater Lane. The property is described as 4N 28 02CB, Tax Lot 600 and has a comprehensive plan map designation of Medium Density/Mobile Home Residential.
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 4 North, Range 28; thence South 20 feet; thence East 614 feet to the point of beginning of this description; and the Northeast corner of that tract of land conveyed to Florn Helms, et ux, by Deed recorded in Book 197, page 640, Deed Records; thence South along the East line of said Helms tract 102 feet to the Northwest corner of that tract of land conveyed to Glenn O. Elwood, et ux, by Deed recorded in Book 218, page 216, Deed Records; thence East along the North line of said Elwood tract 95 feet; thence North 102 feet; thence West 95 feet to the point of beginning;
All being East of the Willamette Meridian. In the County of Umatilla and State of Oregon;
Excepting any and all water rights of way and roads.
Subject to and excepting:
1. The premises herein described are within the boundaries of the Hermiston Irrigation District, and this property is therefore subject to all easements, levies and assessments thereof.
2. Electric Transmission and Distribution Line, including the terms and provisions thereof, granted by Hermiston Irrigation District to Umatilla Electric Cooperative Association, a corporation, dated January 14, 1938, recorded April 9, 1938 in Book 120, page 458, Deed Records.
