NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 12, 2022, at or after 7:00 PM at the Community Center, Hermiston, Oregon, on the proposed annexation to the City of Hermiston, withdrawal from the Umatilla County Library District, and establishing zoning designation of the following described properties: approximately 3.52 acre tract addressed as 1180, 1182, 1184, 1214 and 1242 NW Sjoren Lane. The properties, owned by KC Nobles Enterprises LLC, are described as 4N2804D Tax Lots 1100, 1101, 1102, 1103, and 1104, and have a comprehensive plan map designation of Medium Density/Mobile Home Residential (MH).

Parcels 1 & 2 of Partition Plat 2021-37 and Parcels 1 & 2 of Partition Plat 2001-39

All being East of the Willamette Meridian, in the county of Umatilla and State of Oregon.

The above-described land shall be designated as Multi-Structure Residential (R-4) on the City zoning map.

The public may appear and be heard on the above stated questions.
