NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 14th day of September, 2022, at or after 7:00 pm at the Hermiston Community Center, 415 S Hwy 395, Hermiston, Oregon. The hearing is to consider a request from the City of Hermiston for a conditional use permit to allow the development of a skate park in a (C-2) zone. This request is defined as a conditional use and requires approval from the Planning Commission subject to the provisions for a conditional use permit. The property is described as 4N2811CC Tax Lot 2300 and is located at 345 S 1st St. All interested persons are encouraged to attend.
