NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 13th day of January, 2021 at or after 7:00 pm at the Community Center, 415 S Hwy 395, Hermiston, Oregon. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request from Matthew Rasmussen for a variance from §157.175 of the Hermiston Code of Ordinances which establishes off-street parking requirements. The applicant requests that the number of required off-street parking spaces for the proposed industrial development be reduced from 196 to 98. The property is described as 4N 28 23 Tax Lot 206 and is located at 957 E Penney Ave. The property is owned by Starline Properties, LLC and is zoned Outlying Commercial/Heavy Industrial (C-2/M-2).
