Hermiston is the largest and fastest-growing city in the Hermiston-Pendleton Micropolitan Statistical Area and is known for its watermelons. There are more than 200 days of sunshine with summertime temperatures averaging in the mid-80s. Drivers from all four major Northwest metropolitan areas (Portland, Spokane, Seattle and Boise) can easily access Hermiston in a half-day's drive or less.

Amenities

Event center and meeting room rentals include tables, chairs, china, glassware and flatware to accommodate all of your guests. Rental of the Grand Room also includes a stage, if needed. Additional equipment is available for rental including:

Catering & Concessions

Our event center has a full kitchen available for rent where caterers, chefs, or family and friends can prepare appetizers, meals and desserts for serving to your guests. If food for your event is being prepared elsewhere and you need basic kitchen access—prep tables, cold storage, portable carts, etc.—consider renting what we refer to as a half the kitchen, which includes all kitchen amenities except the stove and dishwasher. Servers are provided by the person or organization renting the venue.

Mobile Concession Trailers

Mobile concession trailers are available to rent for your outdoor event. They will be set up according to your specifications and will be manned by EOTEC staff members. A variety of food options are available from our concessions trailers including hamburgers, hot dogs, popcorn, peanuts, candy, beverages and a whole lot more. 

RV Parks & Lodging

Take advantage of what Hermiston has to offer by arriving early for your event or remaining a few extra days after your event—you’ll be glad you did!

RV Parking

EOTEC has RV/trailer parking available on-site for event attendees. We have electrical and water hookups to accommodate overnight stays for up to 100 RVs/trailers. We also have electrical hookups near the barns and arena for participants' convenience. Should our lot fill up, parking is also available at local RV parks:
