The Umatilla County Fair is held at the Eastern Oregon Trade & Event Center in Hermiston the second week of August each year and has been hosted by the Hermiston community since 1912. The event begins with a Saturday evening downtown parade and the Wednesday-Saturday fair includes youth livestock auctions, live music, carnival rides, community arts and crafts, vendor booths, and more.

The Umatilla County Fair Board is appointed by the Umatilla County Board of Directors and is separate from Hermiston city government.
